The Ruby S.Moore Park is dedicated to open spaces and includes a walking trail from a grant awarded by the Alabama Department of Transportation. This sites hosts the Annual Fourth of July Celebration, and is used by the citizens of the Town of Lowndesboro for everyday recreation.
